The second phase of the Change Incubator will be a two and a half day workshop April 11 - 13, 2017, that will help participants address the challenges and barriers that get in the way of authentic grantee inclusion.
In September 2015, four GEO members joined the first phase of the Change Incubator and embarked on a journey toward better grantee relationships. Through an intensive peer cohort program, these foundations are learning from one another, gaining new insights and finding new ways to put their grantees front and center.
However, we recognize the need to make this programming available to even more grantmakers. We’re excited to offer a modified program that will go deep in supporting our community in getting to a change that sticks. Join us in Savannah, Georgia, April 11 – 13, 2017 for the Change Incubator Workshop, presented in partnership with the Southeastern Council of Foundations!

Registration opens for GEO and SECF members on January 10, 2017! Nonmembers can reserve their spaces beginning January 25, pending availability.
